Thule Terrapin Cargo Carrier Demonstration
This cargo carrier is designed to work with 2 inch receiver hitches only. This hard shelled cargo carrier is built for travel with its rugged construction that comes with a snug tight locking mechanism and internal organization which we'll show you in a little bit. Your cargo will be safe and sound with all these great features and also the swing away design that allows access at the rear of your vehicle. For extra visibility you can see the unit comes pre-wired with taillights to be hooked up to your regular four pin connection on your vehicle. This carrier possesses 13 cubic feet of space inside, 165 pounds of carrying capacity, really all you need to carry your stuff. You can also see this carrier comes with three little pockets for internal storage of small parts. As you can see here the snug tight locking mechanism which goes across to both sides and grabs the carrier on each half.
The best part about the terrapin cargo carrier is the swing away design and we'll show you how that works. First you need to switch the pin from the inside to the outside so it can swivel. Then you unlatch it here at the handle and it all swings away. The terrapin cargo carrier is good for anyone who's run out of room in their car, truck, SUV or minivan.
