Demonstration of 1 1/4 Inch to 2 Inch Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch Adapter for Class II Receivers
What this does is convert your 1 1/4 receiver hitch so you can use 2 inch receiver accessories. We'll demonstrate how this works by using a 1 1/4 inch receiver hitch here. You really want to use a class II receiver hitch, a class I is no good as these accessories cut your weight capacity by half. For example if you have a 350 pound tongue weight hitch, the adapter bar will cut it down to 175 pounds. As you can see we already have it installed here, and your hitch is ready for any 2 inch accessory, for example cargo carriers and bicycle racks. That finishes it for part # 80303, the Hidden Hitch adapter bar.
