Assembly of the Draw-Tite 3 Bike Towing Rack

Before we start the assembly theres one thing to note. The bicycle rack does not come with a draw bar. The draw bar is something you may have already or you may have to get another one because it does require a little bit of extra length in it. In our case, were going to use part # 80232 from hidden hitch as our model. First well show you how the base of the bike rack and draw bar go together. Basically one slides into the other then the assembly installs into the hitch. Well slide them together, put our set bolts into place and then we install them on the hitch to tighten them down. Now we install the main body of the bicycle rack, well unlock the lock and the main body. Next well install our pivot pin and dont forget to re-install the cover for your lock. There you have it, your assembly is complete.
