Today, on our 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, we're going to review an install, the Curt Class I, 1-1/4-inch receiver tube hitch, part number C11072. Now, here's what the hitch is going to look like once installed. The entire hitch has a nice flat powder-coated finish, so it blends in nicely with the underbody of our vehicle. It's got the stylish round cross tube that connects both of our side brackets, and in the middle here, we have our receiver tube and chain hold downs. The chain hold downs are one on each side and then a 1/2-inch pin hole that goes all the way through our receiver tube. This is the class I, 1-1/4 inch by 1-1/4-inch receiver tube with a 200-pound tongue weight and a 2000-pound tow capacity. Next, we're going to give you a couple measurements. This will assist you with selecting accessories such as a bike rack or a cargo carrier.more

Today on our 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, we're going to review and install the Draw-Tite Sportframe Class I one and a quarter inch Receiver Tube Hitch, part number 24926. Now here's what our hitch is going to look like once installed. We've got a nice stylish round cross tube going into our Class I one and a quarter inch by one and a quarter inch receiver tube. On the other side we'll have our chain hold downs that are easy to access and get to, and a half inch pin hole that goes all the way through for our pin or anti-rattle bolt. The hitch itself is capable of up to two hundred pounds of towing weight and a two thousand pound tow capacity. Next we'll give you a couple of measurements. This will assist you selecting accessories, such as a bike rack and a cargo carrier.more

Today on our2009 Chevrolet Malibu, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the draw type, custom fit class 2 trailer hitch receiver. This has an inch and a quarter opening, it's part number is 36479. Here is what your hitch is going to look like once you get it installed, real clean simple looking hitch. All of your main bracing and your main cross tubes and everything, they're kind of hidden up there behind the bumper, but you've got just your receiver tube that comes back here that's going to be a half inch pin hole, so all your half inch pin hole accessories will work with it. You've got nice large safety chain connection points here so really any type should click on and off of there very easily. Now as far as hauling goes, you're going to have a 300 pound ton weight rating and a 3500 gross trailer ton weight rating for the hitch.more

Today on our 2012 Ford Edge, we're going to review an install, the Draw-Tite Class III, 2 inch receiver tube hitch, part number 75992. Here what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. As you can see, the only thing really exposed is our receiver tube as the main body of the hitch is hidden behind the rear fascia. This is a complete steel and fully welded constructed hitch and the entire hitch is covered in a nice, black powdered-coated finish so it blends in nicely with the outer body of the vehicle. This is our Class III hitch. It's got chain-hold downs on each side of the receiver tube along with a 5/8 pinhole that goes all the way through, and a 1/2 inch pinhole for the J-Style Anti-Rattle bolt. Being a Class III hitch is a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube, it's capable of up to 400 pounds of tongue weight, and a 4,000 pound tow capacity. Next, we'll give you a couple of measurements to assist you in selecting accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 5 1/4 inches. From the top of the receiver tube opening down to the ground is 12 1/2 inches.more

It is square tube construction and it does fit below the bumper because of the way the body is built behind the bumper. There's no way of going around it. Has upright, it goes upright in to the frame on the passenger side and, also, when it goes over to the driver side, it, actually reaches up and over you exhaust.more

Today on this 2007 Volkswagen Passat, we're going to show you a Draw Tite Sport Frame Class 1 inch and a quarter receiver, part number 24848. This is what the hitch looks like when it's installed on our Passat. You can see the entire body of the hitch. It is square tube construction and it does fit below the bumper because of the way the body is built behind the bumper. There's no way of going around it. It has an upright that goes up into the frame on the passenger side and also when it goes over to the driver's side, it actually reaches up and over your exhaust. There's plenty of clearance there, you don't have to worry about rattling or anything like that.more

Today on our 2011 Nissan Rogue, we're going to review and install the Curt Class II 1-1/4" Receiver Tube Hitch, part number c12122. Here's what our hitch will look like once it's installed. The entire hitch is made of a steel construction and is a fully welded. It's got a complete black powder coated finish to resist rust and corrosion. It's really well designed. It's tucked up behind the rear face shift and isn't really exposed except for our receiver tube.more

Today on our 2011 Nissan Rogue, we're going to review and install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Class III two inch Receiver Tube Hitch, part number 75902. Here's what our hitch is going to look like once it's installed. This is an entirely steel constructed hitch with a fully welded design. It's got a really nice black powder coated finish to resist rust and corrosion. The main body of the hitch is hidden behind the rear fascia or bumper. The only thing we really have exposed is our receiver tube which has a chain hold down on each side, five-eighths pin hole that goes all the way through the receiver tube and a half inch pin hole for a J pin style anti-rattle bolt. This is a class III two inch by two inch receiver tube that's capable of up to three hundred and fifty pounds of tongue weight and a thirty-five hundred pound tow capacity. Next, we'll go ahead and give you a couple of measurements to assist you in selecting accessories for your new hitch.more
