Husky Front Mud Flap Installation - 2012 Dodge Ram- Video

Today on our 2012 Dodge Ram Pickup, well be installing the Husky Custom-Molded Mud Flaps for the front wheels, part number HL56171. First well go ahead and remove the older manufacturer mud flap. There are a total of three fasteners to be removed; two on the inner wheel well and one underneath the rocker panel. Well hang onto the two screws on the inner wheel well, as well use them to install the new Husky mud flap. Now with the old one off, well go ahead and clean up the area and prepare to install the new one. With the area cleaned and dry, well go ahead and set the new mud flap into position using the old fasteners to line up the mud flap.more

Husky Rear Mud Flap Installation - 2012 Dodge Ram- Video

Today on our 2013 Dodge Ram Pickup well be installing the Husky Custom Molded Mud Flaps for the rear wheels, part number HL57151. For this application, there is a large molding that runs along the rear wheel well and fender that will need to be removed first. Then were ready to install our Husky Custom Molded Mud Flaps. For this application, its quite dirty so well need to clean it first using a soap and water solution and a wet rag well go ahead and thoroughly clean it and wait for it to dry. Then well take our mud flap and fit it into place using a pencil to mark the top edge. Next, well need to apply the applicator solution so that we can adhere the clear paint protective adhesive.more

WeatherTech Rear Mud Flap Installation - 2001 GMC Yukon XL- Video

Today on our 2001 GMC Yukon well be installing the Weathertech mud flaps for the rear wheels, part number WT120006. First note weve already gone ahead and raised and removed the rear wheel on the drivers side. Now were ready to go ahead and install the mud flap. Well take the mud flap and sit it into position on the rear inner fender well. Then well take the machine screw and flat washer provided with our install kit and feed it over the top hole through the inner fender well. Then we can secure it with a flange nut provided.more

Husky Rear Mud Flap Installation - 2013 GMC Yukon XL- Video

Today in this 2013 GMC Yukon XL were going to install part number HL57781 from Husky Liners. These are custom molded mudguards. The first thing that you do to make things easier is you go ahead and remove the rear wheel. Then well go ahead and clean out the pain behind the rear wheel to make sure everything is nice and clean because we do have to install a protective decal well use some soapy water and then well go ahead some rubbing alcohol to help clean off any residue left over. Before we start any work well go and take a mudguard, hold it up to the fender and see how it first. Well make a small mark at the top so we know where to align our decal with.more

Today on 2013 GMC Yukon, were going to install part number HL56731 from Husky Liner. This is a custom molded mud flaps. To make things easier to install were actually going to remove the front wheel. Before we start any work well go and take a mudguard, hold it up to the fender and see how it fits, well make a small mark at the top so we know where to align our decal with. Once weve done that well go ahead and clean off the body work around the fender wheel. We need to clean this up because therell be a protective decal that we have to attach.more

First, what were going to do is go ahead and clean the fender wheel, go back over again with some rubbing alcohol to make sure you have a good clean surface, and well apply a protective decal. Well go ahead and place the mud flap up to the fender wheel. Well make sure we have our decal on the right spot and allow it to dry. After its dry, well go ahead and install the mud flap.more

Today on our 2012 Ford F150 were gonna install the Husky custom molded mud flaps, part number HL56591. We've gone ahead and raise the vehicle and removed the front tire to make it easier for the installation. You have the option leaving the tire on and just turning the wheel towards outside giving you access to the inner wheel well. Your first step will be to clean the wheel well thoroughly. You need to make sure all the dirt and debris is cleaned and in outside edge around the wheel well. Next were gonna go ahead and test fit the mud flap.more

Today on our 2012 Chevy Silverado were going to install the Husky liners custom molded mud flaps part #: hl56791. This set is for the front axle. Towards installation well be removing the old fastener. For our first step weve gone away and raised the vehicle and removed the wheel. This will make it much easier to install our mud flap. Weve got two screws here that hold the wheel well to the sheet metal and one push pin fastener that will be removed.more

Today on this 2012 GMC Sierra, were going to install part number HL57801. This is a rear mud guard set. Our first step involves cleaning the body work of the truck and inaudible to install the protective film on the back edge of the inaudible. However, in this case the truck has already a protective film installed on it so were going to skip that step. This is where the protective film prom the factory is and our mud flap will be stopping just right here. So well go ahead and hold our mud flap up.more

Today on this 2012 GMC Sierra, were going to install part number HL56801 from Husky Liners. These are front mud inaudible. Our first step is to install the inaudible protection film. This is installed it along the edge right here. Well clean off the body work area based on the solution of 1 pint water with four drops of liquid dish washing detergent. Take the film, peel it loose back a little bit, and keep everything wet.more

Husky Front Mud Flap Installation - 2012 Toyota 4Runner- Video

Today on our 2012 Toyota 4 Runner, we're going to install the Husky Liners Custom Molded Mud Flaps part number HL56921. This set comes with two pieces one for the driver and one for the passenger side. Well go ahead and take the driver side and kind of fit it into place. This will allow me to take a measurement or a mark so I know I need to clean from this point to the bottom edge of the paint so that we can apply a clear plastic film. The clear plastic film will go in between the mud flap in the body this will help protect the paint. So, Ill go ahead and take a cleaner here, spray down the area, wipe it clean and make sure we have the entire area dry as we next going to go back with the soap and water mix and apply to the surface.more

Today on our 2012 Toyota 4Runner, we're going to install the Husky Liners Custom Molded Mud Flaps, part number HL57921. This Husky Liners' set of mud flaps will be installed on the rear wheel well. Now, to make the install easier, I've gone ahead and remove the wheel. Once you identify the driver and passenger's side, we're going to go ahead and take the driver's side here and match it up with the vehicle. I need to identify the area that need to be cleaned so that we can put a clear film in between the mud flap and the paint. Our clear film will run from the top of the mud flap where it meets the plastic body underneath the vehicle.more

WeatherTech Mud Flap Installation - 2009 Dodge Ram 1500- Video

Today on this 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 series pickup, we will be installing the WeatherTech mud flaps front and back, part number WT110024-120024. We are going to start our installation with the front mud flaps and we are going to start on the driver side. The first thing we want to do is go ahead and turn our front wheels all the way to the left to maximize the clearance between the tire and the fender well. Next we want to locate our mud flap. And on the back side you will see that they are marked L.H. for the left hand side and R.H. for the right hand side. We want the L.H. one for the driver side here. Before we get our installation started, we want to make sure that this area is nice and clean so that the grime does not build up in between our mud flap and our fender well. The mounting holes that we are going to be using for our mud flap are going to be this one here, into the existing hole here in the fender well. And we are actually going to remove this screw here from the bottom and reuse it to install the mud flap. 0:56more
