Today well be taking a look at the Blaylock Industrys Door Lock for Enclosed Trailers, part number BLDL-80. This lock features rugged aircraft-grade aluminum construction, a cam-and-keeper design and a push button lock to provide both security and pieces of mind. The trailers door latch cannot be moved while the unit is locked. It fully encloses your handle to eliminate access to the latch keeper, bolt heads and padlock hole. The pull pin ring makes it easy to install and remove the lock. The ring is designed to break if someone tries to remove the pin with a crowbar.more

Today were going to review part number HP412G. This is the Redline 1/2-inch diameter Greaseable Hinge Pin. This hinge pin is welded to either the outer frame of the trailer or the gate and door and then this is inserted into the welded hinge pin nipple to create a custom heavy duty hinge. This is used when building your own hinge, its great for trailers and agriculture applications. This is a grease-able hinge pin which means it has a Zerk fitting right here on the very end and basically what that means is you can attach your grease gun to the end of this fitting and pump grease into the inside which will come out this hole right here and spread all along the length of the hinge pin which will lubricate the total hinge. Ill give you a few measurements on this, total length of this pin is 4-1/2 inches, the outer diameter is going to be a 1/2 inch.more

And basically what you would do is, you would need to supply a 3/4"inside diameter pipe, which would fit on these two cam locks and run through thebrackets. This hinge pin is designed to be welded to either the outer from of the trailer or the gate and door of the trailer, and then it is inserted into a hinge pin nipple to create a custom heavy duty hinge. Greasable pins featured this grease zerk fitting on the end for lubrication. In other words, when you hook the grease gun up to the zerk fitting and pump in the grease, this hole here will allow it to come out and lubricate this section here which will be inserted into a hinge pin nipple. This part is great for building your own hinge.more
