We are going to start by removing the 11 plastic fasteners which are attaching the radiator cover to the core support in the fascia. To remove these fasteners we need a Phillips head screwdriver and these are plastic Phillips head screws, the center section actually is what is unthreading. Once you get the center section unthreaded, you can remove the entire fastener. 00 :34more

Roadmaster Base Plate Installation - 2002 Honda Civic- Video

Roadmaster Base Plate Installation - 2002 Honda Civic

Today on this 2002 Honda Civic we are going to install base plate from Roadmaster part number 521537-1. These base plates are going to mount to the frame, sub frame, and the bumper behind the fascia. To begin our install what we are going to have to do is take down this lower plastic cover here. There are about 10 fasteners that hold this in place so we are going to go through all of these and take this down. There are a couple of screws we have to take out too, one on this side and one on the other. Next we will work on the fasteners that go up inside the fender well. Next we will start on the fasteners for the bumper fascia itself. We will start from the top and then work our way down to the sides. We can take out this body screw right here and go back to the passenger side and do that one too. Be very careful, this panel just unsnaps pulling it straight out. Once you get both sides loosened it is a good idea to have an extra set of hands to take the fascia off. 01:05more

Roadmaster Base Plate Installation - 2006 Jeep Liberty- Video

Roadmaster Base Plate Installation - 2006 Jeep Liberty

Today, on this 2006 Jeep Liberty, we are going to install part number 521423-1 from Roadmaster. What is going to happen is these base plates mount to the frame of the vehicle and allows the vehicle to be towed behind. The mounts will be approximately right in this area, right here. So to get started we are going to have to remove the bumper cover and the grille. We will go ahead and start off by taking the bolts off the lower part of the fascia here so we can get that loose. We have the bottom part of the fascia loose now. Now let us go to the top and start working on the grille and work our way down to take the fascia off. Alright, next we will go ahead and start taking off the grille. There is basically, on this model, there is a series of snaps that hold the grille in place. So we will undo these first. Next what we are going to do is continue with the bumper cover here and remove this bolt here and here. Next we will go ahead and remove the plastic rivets that go to the fender liner here, one here and one here. Repeat the same process back over on the passenger side. Alright, getting back underneath, there are two more plastic rivets that we need to take out here and here. With the fender wheel liner pulled back a little bit, and then push in. There is a little snap right here. And then pull down. 1:20more

Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 Tow Bar Review- Video

Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 Tow Bar Review

Today we are going to show you part number RM-422 from Roadmaster. What we have here is the Roadmaster, 10,000 pound all terrain Black hawk 2 tow bar. What you get with this part number is a quick disconnect base and the tow bar it self. This is the Roadmaster non binding tow bar which is really nice which means you do not have to have your car and RV in a straight line to line them up. Basically you get them as close as possible and tow bar is flexible enough to where you can hook up your bass to the tow bar. Then just pull forward and after a little bit of left and right turning it locks into place. Also what is nice about this tow bar is that the extra flexibility going down the road. You have the flexibility here of the draw bar going into the hitch. It can turn left or right and has the flexibility to go up and down also. Another nice feature is these guide bars on the sides. For your electrical cables and your safety cables too. Next we will install it on a hitch and we will show you the flexibility of the base plate and tow bar. In our mock up here we have it going to a 2 inch receiver which obviously would be hooked on the back of your RV but we do not have an RV to demonstrate this at this time. We will show you the basic configurations.more
