Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2007 Kia Sportage- Video
Today on our 2007 Kia Sportage, well be test-fitting the Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack System using part numbers THARB47 and TH450R. Now, weve already pre-assembled our crossbars so were ready to fit it to the vehicle. Well simply place the front crossbar on top of our factory raised side rails making sure that the rubber coated steel straps slide underneath the raised side rails. Well then adjust the crossbar feet making sure that the molded-in triangle on each foot is directly over the center of the factory raised side rails. Well also need to take a measurement. Well measure from a fixed point on the factory raised side rail back.more

Today on our 2012 Honda Civic, well be test fitting a Thule Roof Rack System. We will be using the 60 AeroBlade load bars part number THARB60, the Rapid Traverse Foot Pack, part number TH480R, and the fit kit design for our Civic part number THKIT1425. We already have our load bars assembled according to the instructions, so now were ready to mount them up on top of our vehicle. The first thing we need to do is open the passenger and driver front doors. We will set the front load bar assembly up on top of our roof and to position it correctly well measure 10-5/8 from the edge of the windshield to the leading edge of the Traverse foot on both sides of the vehicle. Once we have the bar positioned well take the included Accutite tools and tighten down the clamps to our roofline, with our front load bar secure we can move onto the rear.more

We will be using a53 AeroBlade bars, part number THARB53, the Thule Rapid Traverse Toy Pack, part number TH480R as well as the fit kit for our 2012 Civic which is part number THKIT1425. Now we already have the roof rack assembled according to the instructions, so at this point were ready to mount it up on top of our vehicle. The first thing we need to do is open the passenger and driver front doors. We will take the front load bar assembly and set it up on top of our roof; to position it correctly we need to measure 10 and 5/8 from the leading edge of our Traverse foot to the edge of our windshield. Once we have the bar in position we can take the included Accutite type tool to tighten the clamps to our roofline and secure our load bar to the roof.more

First we will need to open up the driver and passenger front doors, well set the front load bar assembly up on top of our roof and to position it correctly well measure 10-5/8 from the edge of the windshield to the leading edge of the Traverse foot, we will make sure these measurements are the same on both sides, so then we will use the included Accutite tools to tighten the feed to our vehicle. Now we can put on our rear load bar. Again we will open the rear passenger and driver doors and set the bar up on top of the roof.more

Today on our 2012 Honda Accord well be test fitting the Thule Traverse Roof Rack System using part number THLB58, TH480 and THKIT1560. Now to begin our test fit weve already preassembled the roof rack system according to the instructions found within the fit kit so were ready to fit it to the vehicle. To begin well actually take up a measurement. Well measure from the top of the windshield, back on the roof 9 and 7/8 inches. This will be the location of the leading edge of our crossbar foot on both sides. We can then place our front crossbar in the correct location and after ensuring the crossbar is in the proper location we can go ahead and use the included Accutorc tools within each foot to tighten down the feet securing our front crossbar to the vehicle.more

Now we already have our load bars assembled according to the instructions and were not ready to mount them up on top of our vehicle. Well take our front load bar and set it up on top of our roof. To position it properly we need to measure 10 inches from the edge of the seal on the windshield to the leading edge of the traverse foot. Well make sure its the same on both sides, then we can use the included Accutite tool to tighten down the roof rack.more

To position the front bar correctly well need to measure 10 inches from the edge of the windshield seal to the leading edge of our rapid traverse foot. Well make sure it measures 10 inches on both sides of the vehicle, then well make sure our clamp fits nicely against our roof line and we can tighten this system down with the included Accutite tools.more

Today were working with a 2012 Toyota Corolla and were going to be test fitting a Rhino Rack roof rack. Well be using the crossbars, part number DA118, which are also available in black as part number DA118B, and the fit kit for our Corolla which is part number CK152. We already have our crossbars assembled according to the instructions so now were ready to fit them up on top of our vehicle. Well take the front bar assembly and set it up on top of our roof. To position the front bar correctly we need to measure 240 millimeters from the center of the door seam forward to the center line of our crossbar. Once weve made sure weve got this measurement set on both sides of the vehicle well take the included tool and tighten down the clamp bolts on either side.more

Today on our 2008 Subaru Legacy, well be test fitting the Yakima Q-Towers Roof Rack System. Well be using part numbers Y00408, Y00678 x2, and Y00124. Now weve already pre-assembled our roof rack system according to the fit guide found within the Q clips for the Yakima Q-Towers, so were ready to fit it to the vehicle. Now with our doors open, we can place the front crossbar on top of the vehicle. We need to measure from the windshield back 6 inches. This will be the location of the leading edge of our crossbar feet.more

Well be using a 53-inch Aeroblade Load Bars, part number THARB53; the Rapid Traverse Foot Packs, part number TH480R; as well as the Fit Kit for our vehicle, which is part number THKIT1340. Now weve already got our load bars assembled according to the instructions and now were ready to mount them up on top of our vehicle. Well take the front load bar and place it on top of the roof after weve opened the passenger and driver side front doors. To position the front bar properly, well measure 7-7/8 inches back from the edge of the windshields seal to the leading edge of the traverse foot on either side. Once weve done that, well make sure that the clamps on our Fit Kit fit our door properly, and then well tighten them down with the included Accu-Tite tools.more

Today on our 2012 Toyota Highlander well be test fitting a Rhino Rack Roof Rack System. Well be using the bars part number DA1375 and the fit kit part number DK138. You can also use the black bars which are part number DA1375B. Weve already got a roof rack system assembled according to the instructions so now were ready to mount it up on top of our vehicle. Well take the front crossbar assembly and set it up on top of our roof. Well need to measure 150 mm from the center of the gap between the doors to the center of our crossbars line.more

Today we have a 2011 Ford Flex and were going to be test fitting the Yakima Roof Rack System. Well be using the 58-inch crossbars part number Y00409, two sets of the Q131 clips part number Y00731, as well as the Q towers part number Y00124. We already have our crossbars assembled according to the instructions so now were ready to mount them up on top of the vehicle. First well open the driver and passenger side front doors and well place the front crossbar assembly up on top of the roof. Well measure 20 inches from the edge of the windshield to the leading edge of the Q towers on both sides of the vehicle. Once we have the crossbar in position we can adjust the thumb screws and clamp down our Q towers.more

We'll be using the 60-inch AeroBlade bars, part number THARB60 as well as the Rapid Crossroad Feet, part number TH450R. We have our load bar assemblies put together and now we're ready to mount them up on top of the vehicle. To position the front bar correctly, we do need to make sure that the bar is overhanging on the driver and passenger's side. We also want to make sure that the Aero indicator on the sides of the crossroad feet are pointed towards the center of our side rail. Finally, we want to make sure that the front bar runs perpendicular to our raised side rails.more

We need to make sure that the front bar is running perpendicular to our raised side rails, so in order to do this, we'll measure from a fixed point on our side rails to the leading edge of the crossroad foot on both sides of the vehicle and make sure it's the same measurement.more

To begin our test fit weve already preassemble our crossbars so were ready to fit them to the vehicle. Well start by placing the front crossbar on top of our roof. Now to place the front crossbar in the correct location well need to do a measurement. Thule states that the front edge of the foot for the front crossbar should be 9 inches from the windshield.more

Now to begin our test fit, weve already preassembled our crossbars so were ready to go ahead and fit them to the vehicle. Well begin by placing the front crossbar on top of the factory raised side rails where well make sure that the rubber-coated steel straps go underneath the side rails. Well then need to take a measurement from a fix point on either side rail to ensure that the crossbar is perpendicular to our side rails and then the same location on both sides. Well also want to make sure that the triangles molded into the rubber on the foot are directly over the raised side rails. After making sure that our crossbar is even from left to right on the vehicle, we can then use the tool included within each foot to tighten down the rubber coated steel strap securing our crossbar to the vehicle.more

The first thing that were going to do is take the front bar and set it up on top of our side rails. Before we can tighten the bar down we need to make sure that the bar is overhanging evenly from left to right. We want to make sure that its running perpendicular to our factory raised side rails and to do this well measure from a fixed point on our side rail to the leading edge of the rail grab towers on either side of the vehicle.more

Well make sure the bar is overhanging evenly from left to right and we also need to make sure that it is running perpendicular to our side rails. To do this, well find a fixed point on our side rails and measure to the leading edge of the clamp on the underside of our crossbar. Well make sure this measurement is the same on both the driver and passenger side.more

We already have our roof rack assembled according to the instructions and now were ready to fit it up on our vehicle. To position the front bar were going to measure from the center of the door seam to the center of the front tower. We need to set our bar on this front measurement at nine and one sixteenth of an inch. Once we have our front bar in position well go ahead and fit the clamps to the frame of our door and use the included wrench to tighten them down.more

We already have our roof rack assembled according to the instructions so now we're ready to put it up on top of our vehicle. We're going to take the front crossbar and set it up on top of our raised side rails. Since this system is designed to be used with raised side rails, there are no specific measurements that we need to set our crossbar at. We do need to make sure that the bars are overhanging evenly on both the driver and passenger's side.more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Acura TL- Video
Today on our 2012 Acura TL well be installing the Yakima Q Towers Roof Rack System using part numbers Y00408, Y007716, Y00732 and Y00124. Now weve already pre set-up our roof rack system according to the instructions found within the Q clips four our Q towers. So were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Now to begin our test fit, well need to open all four doors on the vehicle as the Q towers clamp to the inside of the door opening. Well start with our front crossbar placing it on top of our roof, we can then take a measurement from the edge of the windshield back on a roof 10 inches. This will be the location of the leading edge of our front crossbar towers.more

Thule AeroBlade Crossroad Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Subaru Impreza- Video
Today on this 2012 Subaru Impreza Sport, were going to be test fitting a Thule Roof Rack System. We'll be using the TH450R Rapid Traverse Feet as well as the THARB 47-inch AeroBlades. We already have our roof rack assembled according to the instructions and now we're ready to fit it up on top of our vehicle. We'll lay the front load bar up on top of our side rails. We'll measure from the fixed point on our side rails to the leading edge of our Rapid Crossroad Feet and make sure that we're even on both sides so that we know the bar is running perpendicular to our side rails. Once we've done all that, we can go ahead and tighten it down.more

Thule Podium Roof Rack Installation - 2010 Mazda CX-9- Video
All right, today on this 2010 Mazda CX9, were going to install the Thule Roof Rack System. Well use the Thule Square Load Bars, 58-inches long and the Podium Roof Mounted Foot Pack and Thule Fit Kit, part number THKIT3069. Were going to start off our load bars loosely assembled according to instructions, so we need to do some work yet. Therell be four little caps that we have to remove. Next, well go ahead and install the threaded rod and then the sleeve goes over the threaded rod. We got one down and three more to do.more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Versa- Video
Today on our 2012 Nissan Versa, well be test fitting the Yakima Roof Rack System. Well be using their 48-inch crossbars, part number Y00408, the Yakima Q Towers, part number Y00124, and fit kits, part number Y00731 and Y00634. We already have the crossbar assemblies put together according to the instructions so now were ready to mount it up on top of our vehicle. Well take the front crossbar assembly and set it up on top of our roof. To position in properly, well need to measure 15 inches from the edge of our windshield to the leading edge of the Q Tower on both the passenger and drivers side in the vehicle. Once we have our front crossbar assembly positioned on our roof, we can go ahead and start tightening it down.more

Thule Traverse Roof Rack Installation - 2012 Nissan Versa- Video
Today, on our 2012 Nissan Versa were going to be test fitting a Thule roof rack system. Well be using the square load bars, part number THBL50; the traverse feet, part number TH480; as well as the Thule fit kit for this application, part number THKIT1376.We already have our roof rack assembled according to the instructions and now were ready to mount it up on top of our vehicle. To mount the system on our vehicle the first thing well need to do is open the driver and passenger side front doors. Next, well take the front loadbar assembly and place it up on top of our roof. To position the front bar properly, we need to measure 17-3/4 inches from the edge of the glass to the leading edge of the traverse foot on both sides of the vehicle. Once weve done that, we can use the included AccuTight tool and tighten down the system.more

Alright, today on this 2012 Dodge Charger, we're going to do a test fit of the Thule Roof Rack System. Today, we'll be using the Thule AeroBlades, part number THARB53, the Rapid Traverse Foot Pack, part number TH480R and a fit kit, part number THKIT1604. We'll start off our test fit with our load bars already assembled according to instructions so it's just a matter of placing them on the roof. With the doors opened, we can place the first bar on the roof of our Charger. Now, to place our load bar in the correct spot, we're going to measure from the leading edge of the foot pack to the edge of the windshield. And you always want to go by your instructions, but in this case, we'll be using a measurement of 8-1/4 inches.more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2000 Volkswagen Beetle- Video
Today on our 2000 Volkswagen Beetle, we'll be installing the Yakima Q Towers Roof Rack System using the Q Stretch Kit, part numbers Y00124, Y00408, Y00134, Y00723, and Y00698. Now, we've already gone ahead and assembled our Q Tower Roof Rack System off the vehicle. We've attached the Q123 Q clips to the front crossbar towers along with the pads. We installed the pads from the Q98 Q clips onto the rear towers and we installed the Q98 clips onto our Q Stretch kit. So with a little help, we've gone ahead and set our roof rack system on top of our vehicle. We'll need to make sure that the leading edge of our front crossbar tower is 9 inches from the windshield.more

Alright, today on a 2012 Honda CRV were going to do a test fit of the Yakima Roof Rack system. Well be using the 58 inch low bars, part number Y00409, the Q99 Q clips, and the Q83 Q clips and finally the Yakima Q towers. Were going to start with our low bars already assembled according to the instructions, so all Ive got to do is place them on the vehicle.First off, well go ahead and open up the front car doors, then well go ahead and place our first roof rack in place. Okay to put them in the right spot were going to measure from the edge of the windshield to the leading edge of the control tower. Now always go by your manufacturers instructions, however in this case well be using measurement of 10 inches. Okay, next well go ahead and make sure that the roof rack is sitting even from left to right.With the first bar in place well go ahead and attach it to the vehicle.more
