Today on our 2008 Subaru Legacy, well be test fitting part number Y07048. This is the 44-inch Fairing for Yakima Roof Rack Crossbars. Now weve already pre-assembled our fairing, so were ready to fit it to the vehicle. All we need to do is slide the clips over our front crossbar, allowing our fairing to conform to the roofline. Well then make sure that its centered with the vehicle where we can then run the carriage bolt through from the top and tighten it down using the wing nut. Just like that, our fairing is installed and were ready to head out on the road with a quieter roof rack system.
