Today on this 2011 Chrysler 200 we're going to install part number C11133 from Curt. Next we'll go ahead and give you some measurements that will help you out in selecting some accessories such as a cargo carrier or a bicycle rack. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be 10-1/2 inches and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be 4-1/2 inches. Now we'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. We'll go ahead and show you where the hitch installs. It's going to use this one existing hole on the outside here and two of these existing holes on the inside of the frame.
Our poles that we're going to use in the frame are going to be identical on each side and right now we're looking at the passenger's side. So now we go ahead and install our hardware. First off we're going to run a bolt in the block inside the frame here. So we'll run our bolt leader that comes with the kit up to the square access hole by the wheel. We'll thread our block through the bolt leader or fish wire and then we'll thread it on the bolt.
We'll pull our bolt through, just make sure it can work, and we'll push it back in 'cause we'll pull it back through when we put our hitch up. Okay, we'll go and take the longer bolt with the square block and a round hole, we'll put those together and push it through the frame from the outside in. Now we know where it goes through, we'll pull it back out a little bit so we have room to install the hitch. Now we'll go ahead and tilt the hitch up and push our second bolt through. Okay, with our hardware installed we'll go ahead and tighten them down and then torque the bolts down as specified in the instructions.

From the center of the hitch pin hole, to the edge of the bumper is going to be 4 inches, and from the top of the receiver opening down to the ground is going to be 11 inches. Now I'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. Now the first thing you do is fish wire a couple of bolts into the frame.
