From the center of the hitch pin to the edge of the bumper is going to be four and a quarter inches. will be 12 and three quarter inches. From the center of the hitch pin opening to the bumper will be five and three quarter inches.

Now Ill go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. The first step is go head and lower the exhaust. Well remove the exhaust hangers from the first three hangers starting from the muffler and work on the way back. Well also use the strap to hold the exhaust in place and control it while we lower it. Well also spread the hangers down with some lubricant to make it a little easier to remove.

Drill the also the grounds that need to be removed for exhaust. Next, well go ahead and remove the inboard fasteners located on both sides of the frame. These fasteners will not be reused. Next, wed go ahead and install the hitch. We loosely install the rear board fasteners.

Well be using the eight millimeter bolts with the conical toothed washer and nut. When we install the conical toothed washer we want to make sure that the teeth are facing towards the bumper bracket. Well snuck one of the bolts on each side down to bring the hitch closer to the bottom of the frame then well use the hitch in the tin plate to drill the half in its hole for our fasteners to go towards the front. When the holes drilled out, well go ahead and loosen up the hitch with the fasteners that are previously installed. Well the swing the hitch down a little bit so we can start the handle nut into the access hole that is located at the bottom of the frame.

And then well go ahead and push the hitch in position and install the hardware. Itll be the half inch bolt for the conical toothed washer. Now, all the fasteners installed, well go ahead and tie them down and then torque them down as specified in the instructions. And then we can go ahead and reinstall the exhaust.
