Today were going to do a test fit of the tow ready 4 bike hitch mount carrier part number 63124 on our 2011 Jeep Liberty. First, were going to go ahead and set-up our bike carrier 4 hitch and then install the entire real bolt in safety pin. Whether our rack is installed in the entire real bolt tighten down,, were go ahead and give you a couple measurements of clearances. From the edge of the bumper to the edge of the upright is about 8 and inches. And from the back of the bike rack to the ground is about 17 and inches. Now lets go ahead and lower the back here you can see what kind of clearance we have with our recording area As you can see we still have plenty of room to access the cargo area.

SportRack Escape 3 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Jeep Liberty
Today on our 2012 Jeep Liberty, we'll be test fitting the SportRack Escape 3 Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier, part number A30403. Now, this bike carrier will work with both 1-1/4 and 2-inch hitches. Today, we'll be using it with a 2-inch hitch so we've already gone ahead and install the included adapter onto the bike rack shank. We can now slide the shank of the bike rack into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and using the included anti-rattle bolt, we'll insert it and tighten it down, securing the bike rack to the vehicle. Now with the bike rack secured, we can go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance here at the back of the bike rack measures 17-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack here at the mast to the back of the vehicle measures 12-1/2 inches.
Kuat Sherpa Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Jeep Liberty
Today on our 2012 Jeep Liberty, we'll be test fitting the Kuat Sherpa Aluminum Hitch Mounted 2 Bike Rack with Wheel Mount Cradles, part number S102. Now using the included 2-inch adapter, we'll slide the bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and insert our hitch pin. We'll then move to the back of the shank where we'll turn the knob, tightening down the anti-rattle device securing the bike rack to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance here at the back of the bike rack with the platform in the stored position measures 22-1/2 inches. From the closest point of the bike rack here at the wheel cradle to the back of the vehicle measures 6 inches.
Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Jeep Liberty
