Review of the Pro Series Eclipse 4 Hitch Bike Rack on a 2012 Toyota Sequoia

Today on our 2012 Toyota Sequoia we'll be test fitting the Tow Ready, four-bike, hitch mounted bike rack, for two-inch hitches part number 63124. Now to begin our test fit we'll slide our bike rank shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pinhole and install our anti-rattle bolt. With our bolt tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is 17-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 6-1/2 inches. Now we'll go ahead and pull the pin at the bottom of the bike rack mast to tilt the mast down.

We can then open our cargo door and as you can see we can gain full access to the cargo area opening the door completely with this bike rack. We are now almost ready to load our bikes. We'll need only to undo the hook and loop straps exposing our cradles. We can then place the bike into the cradle and bring the straps around securing it to the bike rack and there you have it, our bike is loaded and we are ready to hit the road. And that completes our test fit of the Tow Ready, four-bike hitch mounted bike rack, part number 63124 on our 2012 Toyota Sequoia..
