Today on our 2012 GMC Terrain, we're going to be test fitting the Thule SUP Stand-Up Paddleboard Taxi, part number TH810. Now, our SUP Taxi is already pre-assembled, so we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We'll start with the front carrier, securing it on the front crossbar. We'll bring the rubber coated straps around underneath the crossbar, reattaching them to the carrier where we can tighten down the gray wing nut on the either side. We'll then move to the rear crossbar. We'll again set the rear carrier on top of the crossbar, bring the rubber coated straps underneath, reattaching them to the carrier and tightening them down.
And that will secure our SUP Taxi to the vehicle. When parting the rear carrier on, we will want to make sure that we line it up with the front carrier to make it easier to load our SUP. And just like that, our SUP Taxi is loaded and we're ready to load our SUP. And that completes our test fit of TH810, the Thule SUP Taxi, on our 2012 GMC Terrain.
Questions and Comments about this Video
Does the carrier interfer with the rubber antenna when the board is attached?

It can depending on the height of the roof rack, whether you have OEM bars are aftermarket bars like in the video, as well as the shape of the board, and where you position the carrier. The rubber antennas do have some flex to them and still can be removed if necessary.
