Today on our 2007 Scion TC, well be test fitting the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 bike carrier, Part # TH934XTR. Now to begin our test fit, well simply slide our bike rack shank into the hitch right up hitch pin hole and install and tighten down our anti rattle bolt. With the bolt tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle. Now well go ahead and give you a few measurements. At the bike rack, our ground clearance is 8 3/4 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 6 1/4 inches. Well now go ahead and pull the pin at the bottom of the bike rack mask to allow the mask to tilt down.
We can then open our rear hatch. As you can see, we can gain full access to the cargo area opening our hatch completely. Well now go ahead and pull the pin at the top of the mask to bring out our dual arms where we can undo our straps exposing the cradles. Well place the bike into the cradles and bring the straps around securing our bike to the bike rack. And there you have it, our bike is loaded and were ready to head on down the road.
