We will start off by sliding the bike rack into the hitch and we will install the safety pin, take your key and install it and turn it 90 degrees, pull back on the bike rack, now you can go ahead and tighten down the anti rattle device. OK at the bike rack at its closest point to bumper is going to be four and inches and from the bottom of the bike rack to ground is going to be eleven inches.
