Review of the Thule Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier on a 2012 Toyota Highlander

Today, we have a 2012 Toyota Highlander and we're going to be test fitting the Thule Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part number TH92725. To mount our carrier to our roof rack, we'll take the first half of the carrier and set it up on top of our front load bar. We'll feed the speed link straps around the load bar, re-securing them back to the head and then tightening them down with the wing knobs. Once we have the first half of our carrier installed, we'll take the second half and place it on the rear load bar. We do want to make sure that the second half lines up nicely with the front half so we can carry our skis and snowboards in a straight line. Again, we'll fit the straps around and repeat the same tightening procedure that we used in the front.

With both halves installed, we can load up our snowboard and skis. We'll pres the buttons on the ends of the carriers to open them. We'll pick up our snowboard, fit it into place and then we'll take our skis and set them in the carrier as well. We'll close the carriers on top of our gear and we're ready to hit the road. That does it for our test fit of the Thule Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part number TH92725 on our 2012 Toyota Highlander..
