Today on our 2008 Chrysler Pacifica well be test fitting the Thule Apex four-bike carrier part number TH9025. Now to begin our test fit well slide our bike rack shank into the hitch and well make sure that our integrated locking hitch pin is pulled out. As the pin clears the hitch collar and allow it to fall into the hitch pinhole itself. With that done we can then move to the anti-rattle knob where we will tighten it down securing our bike rack to the vehicle. Now well go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is ten inches and from the closest point of bike rack, which is the anti-rattle knob to the back of the vehicle, is three inches.
Well now go ahead and pull the hitch switch at the bottom of the bike rack mast to allow the mast to tilt down. We can then open our cargo door and as you can see, we can gain full access to the cargo area with this bike rack. Well now go ahead and pull the hitch switch at the top of the mast to bring out our dual arms where well undo our straps to expose our cradles. Well place the bike into the cradles, and bring the straps around securing the bike to the bike rack and there you have it. Our bike is loaded and we are ready to head on down the road and that completes our test fit of part number TH9025 the Thule Apex four-bike carrier on our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica..
