To mount the bike rack to our vehicle, were going to insert the shank of our bike rack into the receiver tube of ourhitch. Well line up the hitch pinholes and then tighten down the anti-rattle bolt. With the bike secured to the vehicle, next wellcheck for some clearance measurements. From the rearmost part of our vehicle to the closest part of the bike rack measures3 . Weve had about 19 inches of overall length to our vehicle and weve got about 15 inches of ground clearance from thebottom of the bike rack to the ground.

Well place the bike into the wheel trays and secure the frame of the bike usingthe ratcheting arm.
