Alright, today on this 2011 Toyota Corolla, we're going to test fit a Rhino Rack roof rack system. At this point, we've already pre-assembled our roof rack to the manufacturer's instructions, so the next thing you do is go ahead and open up the doors and put them on the place on the roof line. Well, I'm going to take our first crossbar, put it on the roof, and then we'll go ahead and measure out to make sure we hit the right spot for it. The first measurement, we're going to need to measure from the center of your door jamb to the center of your front cross rail. In this case, our measurement will be 9,29/64". But you always want to double check with the manufacturer's instructions when installing.
Alright, once your measurement is set, go ahead and make sure the crossbars are even, left to right. That's when I'm going to place the second cross bar and we'll measure from center of the first crossbar to your second one for proper placement, and that dimension will be 27 inches and 9/16. Ok, we had the right spot. We'll double check one more time and make sure the cross bar is even, left to right, and then we can go ahead and tighten them down with the included tool. Alright, now, I'll go ahead and put the covers onto the rack itself and then it locked down so you can take a tool and then bolt them, ok.
With that, the roof rack is installed and ready for service. And there you have it for our Rhino Rack roof rack on our 2011 Toyota Corolla.
