Alright today on this 2010 Honda Civic were going to do a test fit of the Rhino Rack Roof system. Were going to start off with our bars assembled, and then we will go ahead and open up the doors, and put them in place. We will start off with the first load bar, we will put it on top of the roof line and then we will put it in the proper place using measurements. What we are going to do is measure from the center of the door jam here, to the center of the roof rack and thats going to be 11-13/16. Alright next we are going to do the second rail and basically provide the same procedure as before except we will measure from the center of the front rail for proper placement. On our second measurement from the center of the crossbar to center of the crossbar will 27-9/16.
Next thing we are going to do is check our load bars, make sure they are centered from left to right, and then we can go ahead and tighten them down with the provided tool. Alright and you will have to go back and forth to tighten them down evenly on both sides. Alright we are done with the back rail, lets go back to the front rail and repeat the same process. We will go ahead and close the doors and add the covers to the towers. Okay the covers have a hinge on one side and a lock on the other.
With that our roof rack is ready for service, and with that that will finish it for our test fit of the Rhino Roof Rack system on our 2010 Honda Civic.
