Review of the Kuat Alpha Hitch Bike Rack on a 2011 Ford Fiesta

Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, we'll be test fitting the Kuat Alpha Three Bike Aluminum Carrier, part number A103-WHITE-114. Now we've already gone ahead and installed the bike rack shank into the hitch, we've installed our hitch pin and tightened down the anti-rattle knob on the bike of the bike rack. So our bike rack is secured to the vehicle, and we're ready to give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is nine and a half inches, and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is six inches. Now we'll go ahead and pull the pin at the bottom of the mast and attempt to open our cargo door. And as you can see, we can gain full access to the cargo area with this bike rack.

We'll now bring out the dual arms of our bike rack up, we can then open up the cradle straps exposing the cradles. We'll then place the bike into the cradles, bring the straps around and secure the it to our bike rack. And there you have it, our bike is loaded, and we're ready to head on down the road. And that completes our test fit of part number A103-WHITE-114, the Kuat Alpha Three Bike Aluminum Carrier, on our 2011 Ford Fiesta.
