Today were going to show you the operation of this unique device. Basically you have a monitor that you see here. Theres a camera that gets installed on the license plate on the back of the vehicle. Well go through the controls and show you how it works. Basically you want to have the unit turned on first through this button right here. You can see you have it on with the red light. To activate the camera when your backing up you simply put it in reverse. Now it has to adjust the contrast as it is a bright day. As you can see we have a couple of trailers behind us. Also whats nice about these controls is the other buttons will go through say for instance you cant mount the monitor in the situation that we have here. If you need to mount it upside down or to the left or right or a vertical fashion, you can rotate the picture as you need it with this button here.
Heres the mirror image, upside down, mirror image again and back to normal. Also you can control the quality of the picture too. You have a brightness button here, were going to start with low and go all the way to high. Theres also the contrast control which is this button here. This is so you can adjust it to any lighting situation you may run into. Now well back up to a trailer and show you how it looks. Weve backed up to the trailer, of course you wont be backing up to an eighteen wheeler but as an object to back up to see how close we are, you can see weve filled up the screen. Now well show you the relation from the screen to the actual space between the SUV and trailer. There you have it for part # VRBCS335W.
