They have added one nice feature to this product, the toggle bolt at the bottom is a much heavier duty model than the previous ones. It requires no tools to install and well show that by installing one. Well squeeze it together to get through the top there, this rubber block here will help center it in the truck. Then you just push it into place and make sure you have it nice and level, and tighten down your top half. You dont have to over torque it, just get it nice and snug maybe a turn after that.
