As you can see it comes in two pieces and it is pretty simple to put together. You just take the one end and go through the handle and it simply threads into place. You insert your grease cartridge and you are ready to go. We will show you how to do that, you simply unscrew the handle. When it comes apart, your grease cartridge goes in here and you simply put it back together. It is a very simple yet effective device you always want to keep one in your toolbox. It is all metal construction with a galvanized finish, it has good grip for one handed operation and uses standard 3 ounce grease cartridges. There you have it for part # L30100, the Lubrimatic Economy Size Grease Gun from Plews.
Questions and Comments about this Video
I have one of these I got from Wal-Mart. I ed a standard 3 oz. tube of marine grease from West Marine and poked a hole in the end of the tube and removed the foil. I put it back together, bled it, and tightened it up again. I squeeze and squeeze but no grease comes out. With the full tube in the handle I can push the plunger all the way up with no resistance. Obviously, the plunger should not be able to do this. Is there a chance I have a defective unit? Thanks,Barry

As long as the spring was inside, you probably did not get a defective unit. Those guns can take quite a few pumps before they will start feeding grease, a lot of pumps. You can also try holding your finger over the end while pumping to try and build a vacuum to help get it started.
