OK, this is part number 7683. This is a deadbolt hitch lock and it uses a 5/8 diameter pin. We will go ahead and show you the operation of this lock. It is pretty simple. Just pop off the cover, take the key, and simply just twist the key - or hold the key into position and then just go ahead and twist the other half and it comes apart. Now I will show you how it gets installed on a 2-inch receiver hitch.
You have your receiver hitch here. It is pretty simple Just reinstall the pin, put your other half on there - and again, you can either do it by the key itself or you can hold the other half, which is a little bit easier - and just twist it together. Then back it off by a 1/4 to 1/2 turn. It comes apart. And there you have it. That is part number 7683.
