This is a nice device that clamps onto any position along the bed of your truck to allow you to tie down virtually at any point on your truck. These clamp onto the actual inside lip of the truck bed and you can use this inside camper shells and a lot of tonneau covers too. We will go ahead and install one here and show you how it works. We will stick it inside our bed rail here, you want the clamp open, put it up in there, and make sure it goes up as far as possible. We will get this out of our way, and then there is a bolt at the bottom here which we will tighten up by hand and we will use a ratchet to tighten it up the rest of the way.
