What this part number does is converts your 2 inch receiver hitch down to a 1 1/4 inch receiver for 1 1/4 inch accessories or ballmounts. This part is rated for 300 pounds tongue weight and a maximum trailer weight of 3,000 pounds. Also this part does come with the additional pin and clip for your class I or II applications.
