This is their TubeTop bicycle adapter for alternative frames or womens bike frames that allows you to carry on a traditional bicycle rack. We will go ahead and install this on an alternative-frame bicycle to give you a better idea of how it works. First step is to push down on this button here. Open it up and then do the same thing on the other side. And one part will go around your handlebars, and the other half will go around your seat post. And then lock the arms back down.
