Review of a Thule Flat Top 6 Skis and 4 Snowboards Carrier

Today we are going to cover part number TH91725 from Thule. This is Thules Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier. Some features about this ski carrier are that it carries up to six pairs of skis or four snowboards. It is very easy to install it just clamps into place. And basically, the push-button design lets you pop it open and put your skis or your snowboards into place. We will go ahead and cover some of the features in more detail.

The first main feature we will cover is the push-button design. It is really easy. If you have got mittens or gloves, it is easy to just push this button here and it will pop open. And inside of here is a nice, thick rubber padding, so nothing that you have is going to get scratched up. And it is also very easy to use. Like I said, you just put your skis in here, clamp it down, and it is ready to go - it is that easy. And also, you have got the key lock to lock everything in place, too. All right, let us go ahead and install this on a roof rack.

We have one installed already to give you an idea of the finished product. Let us go ahead and install the other half. Kind of get it into position for now and just attach the screws loosely and then snug them down and move the rack in the position that you want. All right, we have got our ski rack installed let us go ahead and load it up. What you want to do first off is push the button and open them up. All right, let us install our skis - and a snowboard, too, for good measure. All right, and once you have everything loaded the way you want, just go ahead and pull the arms back down and snap them into place.
