This is part number 74291. This is Reeses Trailer Cop it is a fifth wheel trailer king pin lock. It is made out of cast alloy construction, and it is really easy to install. In fact, you can do it in under a minutes time. This is also a universal fit: it will fit all kinds of fifth wheels and also semi-trailers, too. All right, we will show you how to operate. It is pretty simple.

You have got a little lock cylinder here, and a key. Turn it 90 degrees and the whole lock cylinder actually comes out. Pull it apart. Put these two pieces back on the king pin, and put it together. It has to be completely together for the lock to work. And just slide the cylinder back in. Do the key about a quarter-turn, and there you are. We will go ahead and actually demonstrate this on a real fifth wheel. Take you key in, give it a quarter-turn, pull out the cylinder. And when you have got it wrapped around the king pin, just reinstall the cylinder, give it a quarter-turn, and it is secure. Nobody can back up to this trailer now and take off with it.
