The inside of the cuff has rubber covering to prevent scratches. We will go ahead and show you how they work. They have these little barrel keys right here. And you just put the key in, push down a little bit and turn it, and they come right apart. And then you wrap that around your bike frame, and the other half will go around any object that you want to latch it to.
