Review of a Maltese Chrome Trailer Hitch Cover
Today we are going to cover part number CR-414, from Bully. And this is their Maltese Chrome Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover. This cover here, as you can see, has a Maltese cross and it works on 1-1/4 and 2 inch receiver hitches. This consists of die-cast construction with a chrome finish and it has plastic parts in the back to fit either 1-1/4 or 2 inch receiver. Off to the side here, we do have the pieces right here that do make it adaptable to an 1-1/4 inch receiver and a foam gasket. And the cross itself, we have a 2 inch version mounted up, with the plastic here and the foam gasket installed.
Next we will go ahead and install it on a typical receiver hitch and show you how it looks. Now, you can use any regular old hitch pin, but a locking hitch pin probably will be a good idea for a really nice tube cover like this. And there you have it, nice and neat and just a little flash of chrome but not too much, just right.
