Today were going to review part number DU10047. This is the Du-Ha truck storage box and gun case for under the rear seat, this part number would be tan in color, this is a custom designed storage box that will fit the 2007 to 2012 Chevy Silverado new body style and the GMC Sierra Extended Cab new body style. This is an under seat truck storage bin which allow you to store tools, guns and many more items and it will keep a lot of your items from cluttering your seats and the floor of your vehicle. You'll also be able to store your valuables out of sight with this storage box. This large bin will extend under both rear seats. The rear seats will flip open, this will be underneath it and then when they're closed, the seats would act as a lid to the storage bin.
This part is made of a heavy duty polyethylene plastic which will withstand the punishment of everyday use, and I did mention it is custom designed to fit your vehicle and the color does match your truck's interior. For this part number it would be tan. And this part will come with two dividers with cutouts for guns and two nylon straps for installation and basically on these dividers it is two pieces, one of them is a hard plastic material that would be used for support of this thicker dense foam material which is a soft material. It has the cutouts for gun storage and the nice thing is is when you lay your guns on here, because this is a softer material, it won't do any damage to your guns. And this harder piece just acts as a stiffener and these would insert, if you look at the storage bin there are channel slots that are molded into the bin, and basically these would slide right into those slots and same way with this one, for the two pieces.
And they would slide right into there. So with those installed we divide it into three separate compartments and give you two places to store two guns without scopes and on the installation, the nylon brackets, when this is installed on your vehicle you would lift up the rear seats and it would slide under the rear seat and the storage box will have two cutouts, right here. And once this is under your seat what you would do is run a strap through the cutout, this end would go through a bracket, you can bring it back through, up and through the buckle and then you would just snug it down and do the same with this one on here. Now when this is installed there'll be-underneath the seat you'll see a jack tools bag and it will be held on with the wing nut and a metal bracket. What you'll need to do is remove that bag and set it aside while this is being installed.
And then after this is installed you can store the jack tools bag in this storage bin or there's also a ledge on the vehicle that will be behind this that it could be stored in also. And I'm going to give you a few measurements on this, the overall width is 57 inches, the length in the middle would be 13-1/2 inches, and on the end here would be 16 inches, and 16 inches over here, and the width on these individual would be 14 inches here to here and in the middle would be 28-1/2 and on this one would be 12 inches, and basically in the front here we would have about 6 inches and in the back about 7 inches.
