Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Bulldog Square Jack with Drop Leg, part number BD182304. Now, Bulldog covers this jack with a limited five-year warranty. It's has a lift capacity of 10,000 pounds and a static capacity of 12,000 pounds. The outer tube is 4 inches square on the other dimension. This is a top line jack with a flip-up handle that sits on the top of the jack that you can crank to operate. Also towards the top of the jack on the one side, you'll find a grease zerk.
This is where you're going to attach your grease gun and keep the internals properly lubricated. At the base of the jack is a large foot plate with a handle here for lifting it back up when you're using the drop leg feature. This large foot plate provides a nice stable platform for supporting your trailer. This pull release handle here is what allows the drop leg to come down.
