This BoatBuckle winch strap will help get your boat in and out of the water in a breeze. Features a breaking strength of 5,000 pounds. Has a forged Zinc-plated steel snap hook, which attaches to your boats bow. This heavy-duty strap will work with a winch, which will enable you to safely load and unload your boat from your trailer.
On the snap hook there is a built-in keeper, which is this part right here. That will prevent the hook from disconnecting from your boat. On the other end of this strap, is a loop end. You can see right through there, what that is for is you ran your bolt in through this and that will attach it to the drum of your winch. The bolt and nut for attaching this is not included.
The dimensions on this strap will be: The width on it is 3-inches wide, the length is 20 feet long. It does have a maximum load strength or breaking strength of 5,000 pounds. The safe working load limit which will be 1/3 of the breaking strength is 1,667 pounds. A winchstrap should always be chosen according to the safe working load limit, so the item being towed must not exceed the working load limit of the strap being used.
