As soon as your order has shipped we will assign a tracking number. Shipments originating from one of our locations will have tracking information available on the following pages.
Processing Your Order
We are very proud of how quickly we ship orders but always want to make sure it is done correctly. There are a few things that might delay your order:
- Priority Mail FPO/APO Shipments
- Different Bill-To and Ship-To Addresses
- Requests To Ship To A Post Office Box
Occassionally, we may need to contact you to verify the information you have provided. If your order is taking longer than you'd expect, check your email and phone messages. Our customer service department is probably trying to get in touch with you.
