I recently purchased a Hidden Hitch and accessories for my 1999 Honda Odyssey. Delivery was prompt and everythig arrived without damage. Eventhough the install time was only estimated to be 30 minutes, I was expecting problems due to the age of the vehicle, the need to temporarly the exhaust pipe, and concern about trying to align the holes in the hitch with the holes in the frame. I was really surprised how easily the hitch installed. Dropping and reinstalling the exhaust pipe was no problem and the holes in the hitch lined up perfectly with the holes in the frame. The only problem I encountered was the threaded holes in the frame being so badly filled with 8 years of road crud that the mounting bolts could not even be started in the threads. The problem was solved by running a tap, purchased from a local machine tool supply house, through the holes to clean out the crud. Once the hoels were cleaned out, the hitch was easy to install, everything lined up well, and it probably could have been done in 30 minutes. Since metric taps of the size and fine thread pitch required are not normally available at home centers, etc., you might want to consider offering them for sale to customers. The one I purchased was about $11.00 and made the job so much easier, it was well worth the extra cost. Thanks for the great products and excellent service
