Model Awesome service and prices! I ordered a custom hitch for my Buick on 9/23/02, received it on 10/3/02 (as scheduled) and installed it on 10/4/02. It fit perfect and was easy to install, especially for a class II hitch on a car (eight bolts off and eight bolts on, that simple). etrailer.com kept me informed of my order status by e-mail every step of the way. Fifteen minutes after I placed the order they confirmed the order by e-mail. Six hours later they e-mailed me again with the status and availability of my order and then a few days later they informed me by e-mail that the order was shipped and gave me the UPS tracking number and how to track the order. It was simple and it arrived on the date as scheduled. I had previously mentioned their great prices because before placing my order, I checked other web sites. The same hitch (model # and Mfg.) were actually more than double of what I paid for it at etrailer.com. Kind of scary to know that there are so many companies out there ripping people off.
