Model Very positive experience overall. I went with the Class III Hidden Hitch for my 2002 Toyota Sienna. The hitch cost and the shipping were reasonably priced. Order tracking was well communicated and shipment was very quick. The hitch was a perfect fit and only took about 15 minutes to install. It's nearly invisible the way it tucks up under the bumper.
