Model Wow is all I can say! The Draw-Tite hitch and wiring kit for my Nissan Frontier arrived in just 2 days. It took about 10 minutes to bolt on the hitch and another 5 minutes to do the wiring kit last night. I am very impressed with e-trailer.com's turnaround, on-line instructions, simplicity of installation, and completeness of documentation. I've already referred several colleagues who may need trailer/towing accessories. I actually spent more time getting tools, jackstands, etc. out and putting them away than I spent doing the installation. It couldn't have gone more smoothly.
