These multipurpose, galvanized steel crossbars supply the backbone for your aftermarket roof-rack system. Bars provide stability to your rack system and carry the accessories that secure your gear. Round design fits all Yakima towers.

Installation Notes:

This system utilizes a clamp-style attachment to secure itself onto your vehicle's roof.

Caution! Proper tower balance is critical for this installation. Pay close attention to the gold slider positions and increase micro adjuster in small increments, alternating between towers until the sliders are at equal levels in relation to the hash marks on the towers. Slider positions may not be equal from one bar to the next

Any load extending beyond the length of the roof (except luggage boxes) must be secured to both the front and read of the vehicle, in addition to the rack.

Surf/Sailboard length limited to 10 feet or less on this application

Due to crossbar spread limitation, Kayak Stacker is not recommended on this application

Canoes must be 14 feet or less on this application

Caution! Check clips after installing. Grab each clip and try to pull them hard away from your vehicle. If the clip moves, tighten the adjustment post. If the clip still moves, recheck your measurements between the towers and adjust if necessary. Check clip again

Any load/mount extending beyond the rear hatch seam may cause interference
