Instructions for a Journey HD Brake Controller on a 1998 Ford Expedition
Question:
I have a Journey HD brake controler for my 1998 Fotd Expedition...I believe it is Jorney or Valley part # 30450 or V52740 and cannot find the instructions that came with it.How can I find them?Can you send or can I find them online? Your video was VERY helpful. I am experiencing a problem with my alarm system that when the controller is flashingon occassion it will the alarm sets off and I have to reset the digital display on the controller to reset the alarm.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with the brake controller. I have attached the instructions for your review. (These instructions require Adobe Acrobat.)I have never head of the vehicle alarm being activated by the brake controller. If the alarm system is factory installed you may need to check with your local dealer's service department. I would be very interested in hearing what you find out.
