The wires should be dark green, yellow, brown, white, light blue, red or orange and light green. The dark green wire carries the right directional/brake light signal, the yellow wire carries the left directional/brake signal, the brown wire carries the running light signal, the white wire should be grounded to the truck. The light blue carries the signal for a third brake light for a camper shell, the red or orange wire carries 12 Volts for any trailer accessories needing power, and the light green wire carries the signal from the reverse lights. These wires would be wired to the 7-way connector as follows: ground to pin number 1, brake output from controller to pin number 2, running lights to pin number 3, 12 Volt accessory circuit to pin number 4, left turn to pin number 5 and right turn to pin number 6. If your trailer uses reverse lights, those would be connected to the pin in the center.
