Measurements for Installing Fifth Wheel Rails in 1994 Chevy 3500 Pickup

i have a 1994 chevy 3500 dually 8ft bed i need the mesurments to install the rails in the bed

Expert Reply:
If you are using a Universal Install Kit part # 6005, the rearmost rail would be mounted so that the rear of the rail is 30-15/16 inches forward of the rear edge of the bed.
