2003 Ford Explorer With Tow Package Brake Controller Port Location

Hi I have a 2003 explorer , with a factory 7 pin and 2 receiver, believe to be tow package. I am having trouble locating the brake controller port under the dash , looking for light gray Cant find it...

Expert Reply:

Your Explorer will only have the port under the dash if you have the factory installed tow package. If it is present, the port is located under the dash, to the right of the steering column, near the center console.
