We have several trailer hitches that will fit your 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, see link below. I cannot give a recommendation for other manufacturers hitch applications. I believe that your concern is with either the spare tire well or the rear fascia on the Grand Cherokee. All of the hitches we carry will mount without any modifications to these areas of the vehicle. I would recommend the Hidden Hitch Class III Round Tube Trailer Hitch, item # 70594, for your vehicle (see instructions). If you have a rear mounted spare tire you may need a hitch extender to be able to tow a trailer and we have several of those to choose from, see link below.
