The instructions I have available are for part # 50041-6008, frame brackets, bed rails and hardware, that fit 1999-2007 Silverados and Sierras. I have included a link to both the instructions and a video of the the brackets, rails and the fifth wheel being installed. The video uses the same brackets and rails as would fit your truck. It uses a different head, but it will mount in the same way.
