Is an Installation Kit Needed for Installing a Fifth Wheel Hitch on a 2005 Ford F250?

i have a 2005 ford f250 super duty ford truck that i am wanting to install the fifth wheel in can you tell me how or send me a drawing of this i need to know if i need an instalation kit for this or not .thanks

You will need an installation kit to properly install your fifth wheel hitch on your 2005 Ford F250. The installation instructions you need will depend on which installation kit you use to install your fifth wheel hitch. We offer both the vehicle specific Custom Install Kit, part number 50060-6008 and the Universal Installation Kit, part number V55202R. The Custom Kit is a bit more expensive, but it will save up to 50 percent of the install time when compared to the Universal Kit.
