Will a Bike Rack Mount In The End of The Cargo Carrier When Mounted On The Vehicle
Question:
can i put this carrier into the reciever on the car and put the bike rack into this carrier, or is it a solid cover over the 2 inch pipe towards the rear.

Expert Reply:
No, the A30850 Cargo carrier will not accept a hitch mounted bike rack in the end. At this time we do not carry a cargo carrier that is designed to carry a bike rack or tow behind it. The added weight and distance from the vehicle would increase the tongue weight dramatically and cause an unsafe condition. We do have an adapter, 6505, that works with the Draw-Tite, 6501, cargo carrier and can support up to 4 bikes.
